Dashboards: Daily Operations, Money and Utilization

What's new

Three dashboards and one report:

Overdue Rentals and Refunds Owed were updated.
Refunds Owed lists cancelled rentals with a Payment Balance of 0 or more. They are grouped by Payment Status, then by rental, so Refunded is its own group. The rest are refunds we owe.
New report Cancelled — Customer Owes lists cancelled rentals with a Payment Balance below 0, grouped by rental. These are balances the customer still owes.
New field Booked Days on the rental line: End Date minus Start Date, in days, with 2 decimals. It is blank when either date is blank. Open and overdue lines count their planned days. Booked Days is not multiplied by quantity.
Utilization By Rentable adds a Booked Days column. The report adds it up per Rentable in group subtotals and as Total Booked Days. The Quantity sum, filters and groupings are unchanged.

Overdue, Due back today, Returns due in 7 days, Open maintenance (lines).
Returns due by day (chart).
Maintenance by status (donut).
Overdue value by rental (table): Rental and sum of Total Amount, highest first, with a grand total.

Open balance (excludes Cancelled), Cancelled balances (we owe or refunded), Cancelled balances (customer owes), Rentals with a balance.
Balance by payment status.
Refunds owed by rental (table): the Refunds Owed rows (balance 0 or more), grouped by Payment Status, then by rental, with sum of Payment Balance and a grand total.

Overbooked rentables.
Booked days by Rentable (bars sized by Booked Days, no percentage), Booked quantity by rentable.
The top count tile and Booked lines by month still count lines.
Booked lines by month: months on the x-axis by Start Date. Lines with no start date show as "-".
Overbooked quantity (add-on or not) (table): Is Add-On and sum of quantity. No percentage.

Tables show all rows. There is no 10-row limit.

Subscriber orgs that already have the package: reset the running user on Money and Utilization after upgrade. Read access to Booked Days comes from the Native Rent permission set.
Booked Days is negative if a line's End Date is before its Start Date. Check line dates if a total looks wrong.
A dashboard may show "No data" until you press Refresh.
