• Search Records page: Filter Fields and List Fields field sets on Rentable; Native Search Records component parameters (title, record_api, filter_fieldset, list_fieldset, multi_select_flow, action_button, view_mode, images, related record filters). • Rentable fields: Photo (shown in search results), Serial Number, Purchase Date, Purchase Price, Deposit Amount, Warranty Expiry Date, Status, Best Rate, Location GEO (GPS coordinates), QR Code. Related tab and Schedule tab.
• Rental Rates: Is Best Rate, Start Date and End Date (blank = no end). If no matching rate, the system suggests the next best one.
• Manufacturers, Models (images shared to related Rentables), Rentable Categories, Rentable Types.
• Add custom fields; clone Lightning pages into a custom app.
• Data migration order: Account, Manufacturers, Models, Rentable Category, Rentable Type, Rentable, Rental Rates, Rental Locations.
• Map troubleshooting: valid API key, APIs enabled in Google Cloud Console, accurate location data.

Corrections to the published guide: booking uses Multi_Rental_process, not Rental_Process. Checkout does not create a rental. Statuses are Reserved, Confirmed, Checked Out, Completed, Cancelled. The toggle is Check out all.
