Multi Save As: Not Available to Rent Visibility Survives Clone

What Changed

Save As No Longer Misses Not Available to Rent

When a subscriber uses Save As on managed Multi Rental, Salesforce rewrites most packaged field references to the nativerent__ namespace on the clone. One screen visibility rule on Not Available to Rent used a bare custom-field path and was left unprefixed, so the clone broke until someone fixed it by hand.

Packaged Multi (and NR_Multi Rentals Multi Dates) now use a Boolean Flow formula HasActiveRates for:

• Decision Available Active Rates / Check for Active Rates
• Screen Not Available to Rent visibility

The formula expression still uses the in-namespace active-rates field (correct for packaging). Save As already rewrote formula expressions correctly; the Decision and screen rule no longer carry a bare field path for Save As to miss.

Not Changed for End Users

No new screens. No change to the Not Available to Rent wording or labels. Booking and rate behavior now includes HasActiveRates on Active Multi.

Who It Affects

Admins who clone packaged Multi Rental with Save As in a subscriber org after this package ships. Existing hand-patched clones stay as they are.

Not Changed

• No Apex, no new fields
• Not Available Reason formula and Get Records filter still use the in-namespace active-rates field (Save As already rewrote those)
• 1.97 Invocable / Check In work is separate
