Enter Quantity on fee and Service rates

What changed

On a Rental Rate, a new checkbox Enter Quantity (default off):

When on, staff enter Quantity (default 1) for that fee or Service rate at booking (mandatory and elective fees) and at check-in (Post-Rental charges).
When off, quantity stays 1 at check-in; booking keeps the existing fee duration logic.

New screens (heading Enter Quantity, field Quantity, button Next):

Check-in: after Post-Rental Charges, one quantity step per selected rate with Enter Quantity on. Help names the fee with Charge Name when set, otherwise Charge Type plus rate Name.
Booking: the same quantity step and help for mandatory and elective fees when Enter Quantity is on.

Check-in Confirm Extra Time still defaults What next? to Save the extra time.

Staff who book fees or add Post-Rental charges at check-in in orgs that have this update active, when Enter Quantity is on for those rates.

Edit rental does not add a quantity prompt in this change. Rates with Enter Quantity off keep prior quantity behavior.
