Rentable Rental Transactions and Check In/Out on the rental

Native Rent version 1.96.

What changed

On a Rentable:

• A Rental Transactions button starts a flow that lists open rentals that include this Rentable (customer name and rental details). Completed and Cancelled rentals are not listed.
• You pick one rental, review its lines, then go to check-out or check-in the same way as from Contact.
• Empty state: No Rentals Found, with Finish to close.
• Footer uses Next. When a rental is selected, the next step shows Check Out or Check In by status.

On a Rental Transaction:

• One Check In/Out button opens Checkout Process or Check-In Flow by status (Reserved or Confirmed → check-out; Checked Out → check-in; any other status → No Action Available with Finish). The separate Check In and Check Out buttons are removed. See also Rental Transaction Check In/Out button.

Who it affects

Staff who open rentals from a Rentable, or start check-out or check-in from a Rental Transaction, in orgs that have this update active.

Not changed

Checkout Process and Check-In Flow screens themselves are unchanged. Starting from a Contact’s Checkout/Checkin path is unchanged.
