Adds a real-time configuration export for troubleshooting errors, and corrects holiday handling with TODAY, Dynamic opt-out days, title date fields, the global filter, hourly timeline offset, the group-by header button, hover popups, parent changes, and drag behavior.

CATCHEXPORTCONFIG (line 16) - When the Planner hits a runtime error, export the current configuration and the queries that were running. Use in real time (not edit mode). Send the downloaded file for troubleshooting help.
Bug fixes
Holidays with TODAY - Corrected holiday handling when TODAY is used and TODAY is also set as the component Start Date.
Opt-out days in Dynamic mode - Opt-out days now apply consistently.
Date fields on title - Date fields configured for the title now display correctly.
Global filter - Results match the filter criteria.
Timeline hour +1 offset - Corrected an off-by-one hour problem on the hourly timeline.
Show/hide group-by button on header - Appears only when it should.
Popup delay on mouse hover - Increased delay so accidental movement no longer opens the popup immediately.
Changing child parents when there is no child group-by - Parent changes for children work correctly.
Drag issues - Records move and save as expected.

Update Production and Sandbox to 6.37.

Fixes and improvements
WD week dividers in day view - Day view draws a divider at the start of each week and shows the week number.
Hide parent popup when no fields - If a parent has no popup fields configured, the parent popup is no longer opened.
NOSHADOWS (line 34) also removes the popup shadow (in addition to record and group-by shadows).
Offset parent popup for easier double-click - Parent popup is offset so it does not cover the parent bar.
Hide group-by parents with no children - Parent groups with no child records are hidden.
Hide hamburger when no options are available - Hidden on the popup and record label when there are no actions.
Double-click on parents and children - NOPARENTRECORDPAGE and NORECORDPAGE (line 34) continue to block opening the record page, including on double-click.
