Check-Out leftover lines, Extra Time table, Charge Name on rates

What changed

Check-Out Complete — still-open lines

On Check-Out Complete, when some rental lines were left unselected (Check out all off), a helper lists the Rentable names still open:

• Label: Still open (not selected this check-out):
• Bullet list of Rentable names
• Note: These stay open and can be checked out later.

The helper is hidden when every open line was checked out (including Check out all). The rental header stays open until no Reserved or Confirmed rental lines remain.

Confirm Extra Time — table before save

Confirm Extra Time shows a red Check before saving heading and a table with columns:

Rentable | Scheduled end | Actual end | Time over | Billed | Rate | Amount

Plus Total extra time under the table. Nothing is saved until Save the extra time. Go back and change the actual end still returns to check-in.

Charge Name on charge-selection screens

Post-Rental Charges and Extra Time Rate tables show columns:

Charge Type | Charge Name | Rate | Rate Notes | One Time Charge

Charge Name comes from the Rental Rate’s Charge Name field. A blank Charge Name or Rate Notes on Post-Rental means that value is empty on the rate. Booking fee pickers already showed Charge Name — unchanged.

Who it affects

Staff who check out part of a multi-line rental, confirm Extra Time at check-in, or pick Post-Rental or Extra Time rates, in orgs that have this update active.

Not changed

Booking fee tables that already showed Charge Name. Line Charge Name on rental lines (separate from the rate Charge Name column).
